I stayed one night to attend a function nearby and chose the Cosy Room, which was perfect for one. In fact it was quite spacious. I moved the 2 seats around as they were both stuck to the side of the room, making access to one side of the bed weird. The bed was very comfortable, the Nespresso coffee most welcome and bathroom had a great shower, with strong pressure and warmed up quickly. And considering the hotel was in the middle of a busy street, it was extremely quiet. Staff at reception were very welcoming, polite, helpful and most importantly, remembered to smile. I loved the quiet, luxe vibe of the reception area.

The rooms were exceptionally clean, and the staff was extremely helpful and professional. I would like to extend my sincere gratitude to Mr. Kaan, who was particularly friendly and accommodating, as well as to the entire reception team for their excellent service. The rooms were spacious, impeccably maintained, and featured a modern design. Additionally, the hotel’s location is outstanding—just 150 meters from Holborn Station, which offers a direct connection to Heathrow Airport via the Piccadilly Line.

The location was perfect, tube on the doorstep and walking distance of many top London attractions. The hotel itself was beautifully presented. The staff couldn’t do more to help you, a special mention for Saq, who went above and beyond to make sure that our stay was as memorable as possible. His overall enthusiasm for his role was infectious and made for the best first impression. E will absolutely be returning again soon, as London is our happy place, as this will most certainly be our go to place to stay.

The hotel is in a great location. Our room was spacious, the bed was very comfortable and we had everything we needed. We were a bit worried as we were by the lift, however we didn’t hear a thing. We had drinks in the bar, we received great service, a DJ was playing, it’s a spacious area. Breakfast was very good - made to order and not buffet style which was nice. All staff that we met, were friendly and made you feel welcome. Overall a great stay and would stay here again.
